Frozen Berry Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

This is the variation of our greek yogurt smoothie base recipe as seen in the Whole Life Meal Plan. This smoothie features a mixed berry blend of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, protein-rich Greek yogurt, and optional spinach.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk or milk alternative
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana (~1 cup)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup lightly packed baby spinach (optional)
  • 6-8 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Enjoy!

Notes

If your smoothie is too thick after blending, add more liquid. If it is too thin, add more fruit or ice.
