Chocolate-covered fruit is always a crowd-pleaser, but when dipped in dark chocolate, we think it deserves a permanent spot in your treat rotation! We finish this dark chocolate dipped pineapple with a sprinkle of Tajín for a sweet-heat contrast that’s bright, bold, and fun! It’s a perfect, tasty after-dinner sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher recommended)
  • ½ fresh pineapple (~2 ½ cups)
  • Tajin

Instructions

  • Cut fresh pineapple into bite-size chunks, rounds, or spears. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Dip pineapple pieces into melted dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, lightly sprinkle with Tajín.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Enjoy!
