- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Separate kale leaves and wash thoroughly. Shake to dry.
Remove leaves from stem and tear into ~1” pieces. Dry leaves using a salad spinner or spread on towels to dry.
Once leaves are dry, preheat oven to 275ºF.
Combine oil with spices and salt in a medium bowl. Add kale and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
Spread kale out on sheet pans in a single layer. Use two pans if needed. Do not overcrowd the pan or the kale will steam rather than crisp up! Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. Enjoy!
