- 10 ounces dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), chopped or in chips
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- 2 ounces white chocolate, melted (optional for drizzling)
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
Stir in sea salt, then peppermint candies. Stir until fully coated in chocolate.
Pour melted chocolate with peppermint onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly (about ¼ inch thick). Refrigerate ~5 minutes, then drizzle with melted white chocolate.
