Honey Almond Granola - Stovetop Style

Made with simple pantry staples like oats, almonds, almond butter, brown sugar, and honey, this granola bakes into golden clusters that are perfect for snacking, topping yogurt, or sprinkling over fruit. Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup golden raisins

Instructions

  • Heat a large (10-12”) skillet over medium-low heat. Add almond butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir with a spatula until melted and combined.
  • Add oats and almonds. Stir frequently for 7–10 minutes until toasted and golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and spread on parchment paper to cool. It will crisp as it cools.
  • Once cool, stir in golden raisins. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
