Garlic Kale Chips
It’s amazing how much kale you can eat when in chip form! Kale chips might be available in stores, but they cost way more than if you make them from scratch. And before you ask, yes the recipe is quick and easy!

Servings: 4 servings (recipe makes 3 ½ cups)

- 1 head of kale ~½ lb
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Separate kale leaves and wash thoroughly. Shake to dry.
Remove leaves from stem and tear into 1” pieces. Dry leaves using a salad spinner or spread on towels to dry.
Once leaves are dry, preheat oven to 275ºF.
Combine oil with garlic and salt in a medium bowl. Add kale and toss to coat.
Spread kale out on sheet pans in a single layer. Use two pans if needed. Do not overcrowd the pan or the kale will steam rather than crisp up! Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. Enjoy!
