- 2 cups yogurt (plain, reduced-sugar flavored)
- 1-1 ½ cups diced or sliced fruit, fresh or frozen
- ½ - ¾ cup crunchy topping
Yogurt Mix-Ins:
- 2 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup (if using plain yogurt)
- 1-1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 teaspoons citrus zest
- 1-2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup nut or seed butter
Crunchy Toppings (choose any combo):
- Granola
- Mini dark chocolate chips
- Chopped toasted nuts
- Seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower)
- Unsweetened toasted coconut
- Cacao nibs
Line a 9 x 13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk yogurt and optional mix-ins together until thoroughly combined.
Pour yogurt into the baking sheet and spread evenly so that it fills the pan.
Top with fruit and crunchy toppings. Press ingredients down lightly to stick to the yogurt.
Freeze and store overnight. Cut or break into pieces. Enjoy!
