Cinnamon Overnight Oats

This is a variation of our overnight oats base recipe. Cinnamon overnight oats are great for breakfast and can make busy mornings a breeze. We love this recipe because it has the flavors of a cinnamon roll, but offers way more nutrition!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk/milk alternative
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
  • ¼-½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons raisins

Instructions

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Top with raisins or add them in the morning.

Notes

Don’t worry if the almond butter doesn’t mix in all the way. It will soften as it sits in the refrigerator overnight.
