Berry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are great for breakfast and can make busy mornings a breeze. This berry overnight oats recipe is delicious on hot summer days. It's even red, white, and blue – perfect for the fourth of July!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned or quick oats
  • ½ cup milk or milk alternative
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash vanilla
  • ½ cup fresh berries

Instructions

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl. Top with fresh berries or add them in the morning.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy cold!

Notes

For best taste and texture, add berries in the morning.
 
Substitute honey with any sweetener of your choosing and adjust to taste.
