- ½ ripe avocado (~¼ cup mashed)
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 Tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
- ½ Tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Place bread slices in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown and crisp.
