Roasted Spiced Cauliflower

Often forgotten, cauliflower is a great addition to meals with the right spice! Easy Roasted Spiced Cauliflower will transform your thoughts on this veggie!

Yield: 2 cups
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons canola oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounce bag cauliflower florets
  • 1 small lemon, cut in half or quarters
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, chili powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Break larger cauliflower florets into smaller pieces, and add to bowl. Using a spatula, toss to evenly coat with oil mixture. 

  4. Spread spiced cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan. Roast for 16-18 minutes or until edges are brown and florets are easily pierced with a fork.

  5. Remove cauliflower from oven, transfer to serving bowl/platter, and squeeze lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
