Servings: 2 sides or 1 meal

Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1 cup cooked and cooled sweet potato (about 1 medium sweet potato)
½-1 cup almond milk or milk equivalent (depends on water content of sweet potato!)
½ cup ice
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with ½ cup almond milk, and puree!
2. Add more milk as needed to get to pourable consistency.
