Banana Nut Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are such a quick and yummy breakfast option and offer a nice change from traditional hot oatmeal. If you like banana bread, this flavor combo is for you! Check out our other varieties, and be sure to try building your own recipe!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned or quick oats
  • ½ cup milk (may sub almond or soy milk)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or to taste)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • ½ medium banana, sliced (~1/2 cup)
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted, chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl. Top with bananas and toasted pecans, or add them in the morning.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Enjoy cold!
