½ cup old fashioned oats or instant oats
½ cup milk (may use non-dairy substitute, such as almond or soymilk)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tsp honey (increase to desired sweetness)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
1 heaping Tbsp peanut butter or favorite nut butter
½ one banana, sliced
1 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt (optional), honey and cocoa powder in a cup or bowl. Top with peanut butter, banana and mini chocolate chips or add them in the morning.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
