Servings: 4 oz portions

salmon filet(s) with or without skin (plan on about 4-6 oz per person)

Sauce (enough for about 1 lb of salmon, half or double as needed):
½ cup plain Greek low-fat or fat-free yogurt
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
½ Tbsp onion or shallot, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, dijon mustard, onion (or shallot), and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Place salmon skin side down on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray or brushed with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread sauce over salmon (you might have extra depending on amount of salmon!). Bake at 350 F for approximately 20 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 140 F.
