½ cup old fashioned oats or instant oats
½ cup milk (may use non-dairy substitute, such as almond or soymilk)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 Tbsp dried cherries
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt (optional) and almond extract in a cup or bowl. Top with dried cherries, sliced almonds and chocolate chips, or add them in the morning.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
