½ cup old fashioned oats or instant oats
½ cup milk (may use non-dairy substitute, such as almond or soymilk)
¼ cup Greek yogurt
sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc.) to taste (optional)
spices to taste (optional)
toppings of your choice! (ex. fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, etc.)
1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener (optional) and spices (optional) in a cup or bowl. Top with additional ingredients or add them in the morning.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
