½ cup old fashioned oats or instant oats
½ cup milk (may use non-dairy substitute, such as almond or soymilk)
¼ cup Greek yogurt
½ Tbsp honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup to ½ cup fresh berries
1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a cup or bowl. Top with fresh berries or add them in the morning.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
